“To all the Agnis team. I could not leave without before say goodbye for each of you. In this moment, I lose my words. It was a period of constant learning. In my first month, I was entitled Psychological Tests Maker, something that everybody in the team selection are, as a starter. Over the months there was innumerous interviews, opinions and flowcharts. I met amazing people in interviews, I did hunting in all oil, mining and manufacturing companies. I was disappointed with some canceled vacancies and celebrated other finalized vacancies. After all, it was intense. But my learning wasn’t just professional. One of our co-workers often asks about our productivity level almost daily. Today I answer that everyday this journey was 100 % . But it was not 100 % if you weren’t on my side... what I learned with you has no price, there is no course or training out of the country. Each one contributed with me in different ways, but no less important. I became a better person, more human, more selfless, friendlier, less selfish and less materialistic. Thank you for this beautiful learning. I hope everyone has this lesson of life! I will miss each one of you very much!”
