The Staff is composed of professionals formerly hired by AGNIS and other service providers in the areas of support (data processing, maintenance, accounting, among others), which amount to between 12 and 20 professionals, according to market demands.
In addition to having higher education and fluent English, our consultants receive constant training to meet the demands of customers and the market changes with the highest level of excellence possible.
The founder of the AGNIS, Mr. Robson Castro, is an Executive from the HR function, with 23 years of corporate experience in large multinational companies for Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical and Financial segments. Post graduate in HR management; Graduated in business administration at UFRRJ; Certificate in Executive Coaching and graduated in Master Coaching by ICI, duly recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
