In this sense, we select candidates aligned with the professional profile, previously defined by the Client, using search tools, such as: database, announcements, internet, networking and files in general.  

We also developed SysAGNIS, an exclusive system that manages our Recruitment & Selection processes, where our Clients may follow the entire process, through website and in real time. The Client may access the overall status of the process, verify scheduled interviews, check the contacts made in the marketplace and interface directly with the consultants; quickly, on-line, at any time and everywhere. 
SysAGNIS counts with an addressed Database, with middle and high level executives and senior specialized professionals (Engineers, Lawyers, Supervisors, Executive Secretaries, among others).  
SysAGNIS is, above all, an intelligent market system that maps and identifies candidates, making possible a wide vision of a prospected segment, with information, tendencies and counseling that contributes for the Clients decision-making.  

According to complexity, responsibility or geographical area, the work may be classified as a Hunting Process.  

In case of dismissal, after until 90 days from the hiring of an Agnis candidate, we guarantee the retaking of the Recruitment & Selection, with no cost, since the dismissal has not been provoked because of restructuring, downsizing, processes of cost reduction and assimilated. For ethical subjects, during the same period, we guarantee not to approach any executive of the company in any other Recruitment & Selection process driven by Agnis. 

In case of the approved candidate in the Recruitment & Selection Process is also our Outplacement customer, Agnis will reimburse him the amount invested in Outplacement.
