1) COMPLETE INDIVIDUAL OUTPLACEMENT - OIC
This program has the objective of empowering employment levels, identifying opportunities and facilitating the executive relocation. It has 2 big phases:
Training Phase:
· Organization of the change, definition of the profile, curriculum, target companies, networking, strategy and interviews training.
· Evaluation of professional s self-esteem and understanding of feelings, regarding the company, family, friends, market etc.
· Adjustment of needs and competences to current scenario, in agreement with our market vision.
· Empowerment of strong points and treatment of weak points, in the professional and behavioral extents, positioning a good employment level.
· Curriculum reconstruction in an objective way, with updated, friendly and positive image.
· Motivation for a pro active attitude, stimulating a continuous attendance of market changes, networking and businesses environment.
· Techniques to improve posture and speech, identifying the "dos" and "don ts" during the interview.
Prospective Phase:
· Agnis makes available all infrastructures and office facilities, such as: telephone, fax, Internet, e-mail, magazines, newspapers and specialized library.
· This phase demands discipline, dedication and persistence, once the professional will apply the methodology transmitted in the training phase, with the objective of identifying job opportunities.
· Agnis will act as a facilitator during the prospecting phase, recommending the executive to the marketing and strengthening his network.
· Agnis will make available all of its resources, efforts, expertise, network, strategies, knowledge and tools with the main objective of stimulating the executive in the identification of opportunities and to make possible interviews, without, however, assuming unconditional commitment of success in the search and employment, once, besides unexpected aspects and variances of the market; the professional also has an essential role in the prospective and selective stages.
· In case of the approved candidate in the Hunting Process is also our Outplacement customer, Agnis will reimburse him the amount invested in Outplacement.
· In case the executive advised by our Outplacement Program is hired by a process of Executive Search driven by Agnis, the value invested in Outplacement will be reimbursed.
2) WORKSHOPS
These trainings are contracted by companies that reduce its headcount significantly and intend to finance market relocation training for groups of about 15 professionals.
The program includes the same aspects of the Complete Individual Outplacement – OIC (Training Phase), in a didactic way and, therefore, not personalized.
Besides, we also act as facilitators in the prospecting phase, recommending professional, sending the curriculum to companies and strengthening the network.
