1) BEHAVIOHAL TRAININGS:  
Programs focused in the development and valorization of the intellectual capital, aligned with the culture and strategy of the companies.  
Fit&Lead® - Feedback and Interpersonal Relationship for Teamwork & Leadership Development 
Fit&Lead is a training that aims the managerial excellence, with wide scope, distributed in workshops, developed under reflections and job practices, also applicable to the life in general, in way to create in the people a systemic and durable group of behavioral characteristics that we called DURABLE COMPETENCES.

Target Public: 

- Directors, Managers, Supervisors and other professionals with leadership position in the organizations. 
Objective: 
- To endow the managers of "Durable Competences" that enable them to develop leadership functions, creating "Future Bridges” of life and career.  
- To stimulate the integration of the team, through a “Common Objective”, to which we call "Shared Vision." 

Methodology: 

The methodology of the program is not only turned to conceptual presentation and its adaptation to company’s reality, but also for its applicability in the individuals.   
The activities are built to exchange experiences among the group, as well as to evaluation and discuss the results. Each member makes a self-diagnosis related to the theme.  
We still used workshop technique with a behavioral rescue with the group.
 
ISIS® - Image and Self Image Statement 
This is a tool developed by Agnis, that generates a Behavioral Statements Report. 

Target Public:

All employees. 

Objective: 

- To facilitate the Integration, Interaction and Learning concerning the "other" and of itself (image x self-image), with strong reflexes in the Organizational Climate.  
- To establish a strong vision of the importance that each behavioral style has inside the Organizations.  
- To transmit feedback concepts so that the members will be able to understand how it can influence in the behavior of the Group.  
- To supply practical elements so that each one, using its own style, will be able to establish a "rapport" with other styles. 

Methodology: 

ISIS® follows the methodology and concepts of Jung's Analysis, which contemplate 4 basis behavioral factors: Dominant, Inspiring, Emphatic and Cautious. 
The Segmented Evaluation Questionnaire is applied (Quase) and produces the Behavioral Statement Report with 16 behavioral dimensions. 
 
Teambuilding 

Emphasize the importance of working as a team, promoting motivation and enthusiasm for the engagement of people.  
To stimulate the understanding of the differences of each team-member and use these differences to promote interaction. 
 
Interpersonal Relationship

To prepare the professionals to establish a high relationship level in the organization, allowing larger interaction among people, superiors, subordinates, internal and external customers. 

Motivation

To prepare people to motivate teams, in order to maintain their members continuously mobilized and enthusiastic towards the accomplishment of collective objectives, through the use of strategies based on behavioral theories. 
 
2) SALARY SURVEYS 
We elaborate, conduct, tabulate and present Salary and Benefits Surveys that measure the level of competitiveness and positioning of the jobs into a segmented market, in which support retention policies,  future salary negotiations, among others.
We define with the Customer, the panel of companies to be researched, the Data Collection Report and the Job Descriptions; essential for the beginning of the survey. 
We tabulate the information and present the Final Report, together with comparative graphs and recommendation of Base Salary, Total Salary and Total Compensation. 
For the participant companies, we send a Conclusive Report of the survey, previously approved by the Client.
 
3) HUMAN RESOURCES POLICIES
Great companies have procedures well defined, planned and guided to their objectives. For that, they develop Management Programs in different cells of the organization (production processes, distribution, quality, logistics, production etc). 
The importance of the Human Resources in these programs is fatal for the success of the companies. Therefore, a strategic HR also demands a constant improvement of their management processes. 
In this way, we act as our Client partner, in the implantation or revision of the HR Policies that functions as one of the most dynamic tools of this process and helps the area to manage its functionality and applicability. 
 
4) JOB DESCRIPTIONS 
We develop a work TOWARDS the identification of job scopes, defining main and secondary responsibilities, qualifications, specific knowledge, education, subordinates, abilities, competences, behavioral profile, experience and other attributes for the job functions; through the validation of Job Descriptions. 
 
5) OTHER CONSULTANCIES 
According to our Client needs, we may develop other Strategic Consultancy Programs for Human Resources area.
