The founder of AGNIS, Mr. Robson Castro, is an executive from the HR area, with 23 years of previous corporate experience in large oil, gas & energy, pharmaceutical and financial companies; Post Graduated in HR Management; Graduated in Business Administration from UFRRJ; Certified in Executive Coaching and graduated in Master Coaching by ICI, recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
